- Entry
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Duplicate entries using the same email address will not be accepted.
- How to enter
- Answer the question on the competition page and provide your first name and email address.
- Winner selection
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 9am (UK time) to receive the listed prize bundle.
- Contacting the winner
- The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided. 3 attempts will be made to contact the winner during the response window.
- Responding and redraw
- The winner must respond within one week of the first notification. If no response is received, the prize will be redrawn at random on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 9am (UK time). The replacement winner will also be contacted by email, with three contact attempts and one week to respond.
- Prizes
- The prize bundle comprises: A coaching session with Nadia Patel (worth £500); Scentered wellbeing booster box (worth £300); The Lem by Hello Nancy (worth £139); A mindful gardening day with the Botanic Shed School of Nature (worth £200); A year planner and 12-week health journal from Sophie Stardust; OMNX. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw individual elements of the prize bundle. Any changes will be communicated to entrants.
- Booking activities
- The winner is responsible for arranging and booking the coaching session with Nadia Patel and the mindful gardening day with Botanic Shed School of Nature directly with the suppliers, subject to their availability.
- Marketing and sharing with Nadia Patel
- With your separate permission, Why Aren't We Talking About This? (Sprowt) will send you marketing emails after the competition. If you tick the Nadia Patel permission box, your first name and email address will be shared with Nadia Patel so she can send you marketing emails too. Both permissions are optional, are not a condition of entry and do not affect your chance of winning. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.
