- Who we are
- Sprowt, 2 Shirley Road, London, EN2 6SB. Contact: carly@sprowt.uk.
- What we collect
- Your first name, email address, your answer to the question, when you entered, and which optional permissions you ticked.
- Why
- To run the prize draw and contact the winner. If you tick the Why Aren't We Talking About This? box, Sprowt will send you marketing emails after the competition. If you tick the Nadia Patel box, she will receive your first name and email address to send you her marketing emails. Marketing is optional and does not affect entry or your chance of winning. Answers may be read, with names and emails removed, to help shape future podcast conversations. We will never publish or quote an answer that could identify you without asking you first.
- Lawful basis
- We rely on our legitimate interests in administering the competition and contacting winners, and on your separate consent for marketing and sharing your contact details with Nadia Patel for her marketing.
- Sharing
- Your first name and email address will be shared with Nadia Patel for marketing only if you tick her separate permission box. Your competition answer will not be shared with her for marketing. Nadia Patel is responsible for her own marketing communications and use of the contact details she receives. If you win, you will arrange activity bookings directly with Nadia Patel and Botanic Shed School of Nature. Our website and data storage providers process entry records to operate the competition.
- How long we keep it
- Competition entry records are kept for three months after the final draw, then deleted. Where you separately consent to marketing, your first name, email address and consent record are kept separately until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing carly@sprowt.uk. You can also unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. For Nadia Patel's marketing, use the unsubscribe link in her emails or contact her through www.nadiapatelcoaching.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect your competition entry or processing that took place before withdrawal. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
